AGM
It's that time of year again! Our AGM for 2021 (how confusing is that!) is on 23rd February at 2pm in the main hall. It won't be the most fun you've ever had, but there is free tea and coffee.
Members have voting rights, and we will be voting in trustees Philippa Gray, Jenn Leadbetter, Grainne Rason and Sandra Howells.
All details are in the poster, come and join us.
Wool and Craft Sale
Join us in the foyer on 1st March for Rita's Wool and Craft Sale. All money raised will go towards our project in the lounge to get the seating recovered. Rita always has fabulous bargains and lots of variety of things for sale so come along to browse between 10am and 1pm.
Chocolate Egg Fundraiser
Havant Rotary Club have very kindly donated us a GIANT chocolate Easter egg to help us fundraise for the lounge upgrade project! To be in with your chance of winning, pay £2 to add your name to a square. On the 5th April (just in time for Easter) we will pick one of the 100 squares using a random number generator to get our winner!
The squares and the egg are in the office, so pop in and see us!
Trustees
We've welcomed two new Trustees this year in Sandra and Grainne, who both have a particular focus on our community contribution and events. Sadly we will be saying goodbye to Charlie at the end of March, which will leave us with an all-female power team of Trustees!
Would you like to join the team? (All genders welcome!) We're particularly looking for people with skills in fundraising or safeguarding, but if you have a passion for making a difference in your local community and you're familiar with what we do and offer, come and chat to us.
